The Business Flight Simulator concept has been implemented at Intel Corp. for several thousand employees and at Ford Motor Company for more than 6000 employees. Pendaran launched its Flight Simulator for Lean Transformation at seven steel mini-mill sites within the E. C. Levy Company in 2008.
The Lean Flight Simulator and follow up implementation coaching resulted in several million dollars in savings and enhanced revenues for the company. Employee comments tell the story.
