Workplace Organization - 5s
This Pendaran Course teaches students how to implement Workplace Organization - 5S to create a stable, eff ective work environment by reducing waste and non-value added activity. Students learn how to identify and establish a the needed structure (physical, organizational, and communication) to implement and sustain 5S in the workplace. The degree of difficulty and challenge for the student increases with each experiential exercise. The course is taught using our exclusive “Pendaran Method” of Accelerated Experiential Learning.
Participants have the unique opportunity to not only learn about Workplace Organization – 5S as a critical element of the sustainable success of any organization but are aff orded the chance to PRACTICE using the skills in real life situations, providing them accelerated experience in applying the skills. They come away knowing not only the WHAT, but also the HOW and WHY.
