Safety
The Pendaran Safety Course teaches students to apply workplace organization (5S) and error proofing to reduce and eliminate unsafe conditions and personal injury in the workplace or any environment. They are challenged with real world situations that become increasingly more diffi cult throughout the session. When charged to improve these situations, they identify the needed structure (physicals, organizational, and communications) to give the organization greater control over its environment. Then they learn to apply the appropriate tools and processes to address the elements of the structure that need improvement. The course is taught using our exclusive “Pendaran Method” of Accelerated Experiential Learning.
Participants have the unique opportunity to not only learn about Safety as a critical element of the sustainable success of any organization but are aff orded the chance to PRACTICE using the skills in real life situations, creating accelerated experience in applying the skills. They come away knowing not only the WHAT, but also the HOW and WHY.
