Mistake Proofing
Pendaran’s Mistake Proofing course prepares participants to make modifi cations to detect, prevent, or eliminate situations or mistakes from occurring in the workplace or in any environment. They learn what part(s) of the structure (physical, organizational, and communication) must be leveraged to improve the condition and sustain the improvement. Through experience, they learn to use problem solving tools that enable them to determine the root cause of a situation or defect. By the end of the session, students have gained the experience needed to analyze a situation or error, find root cause, and implement an mistake proofing process. The course is taught using our exclusive “Pendaran Method” of Accelerated Experiential Learning.
Participants have the unique opportunity to not only learn about mistake proofing as a critical element of the sustainable success of any organization but are aff orded the chance to PRACTICE using the skills in real life situations, creating accelerated experience in applying the skills.
