Who We Are
Our Team Advisory Board

William Janshego

I’m a senior information technology specialist with long term success developing innovative and functional software systems. I have extensive experience delivering on-time dependable systems, a strong performance record, and outstanding references.

Currently I am providing information technology consulting services in the form of; software development, database administration, website development, UNIX server, Windows PCs, and network administration, and application support and training for Heidtman Steel Processing Inc., Pendaran Inc., and Operation Injured Soldiers.

Recently I was with Ford Motor Company where I was the Program Manager for their Virtual Factory Training Program. I joined this team as a software engineer responsible for developing the plant floor simulation software which is a training tool used to emulate the workings of an automotive assembly plant. I was later promoted to Systems Manager followed by Business Operations Manager and I maintained all of these responsibilities simultaneously as the department changed over the years.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Automated Manufacturing Technology from ITT Technical Institute in Indianapolis, Indiana.

I started my IT career as an entry level software developer at Automated Technology Associates in Indianapolis, Indiana, programming custom SPC software applications for a variety of manufacturing clients.

I worked one year for EDS as an Engineering Systems Engineer. I developed a laboratory information system using Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports for Allison Engine. I also instructed Oracle SQL training classes.

I held the position of project lead for an Oracle ERP system developed for Ford Motor Company. While working for Automated Technology Associates in Indianapolis, I designed and implemented this system for Ford’s automatic transmission facility in Livonia, Michigan. Following a successful launch the system was selected as the global ERP system for all of Ford’s North American and European verification labs and proving grounds. I was hired by Ford to lead the rollout. In this capacity I wore many hats. I led the design for the distributed Oracle Databases. When the design was approved I took on the roll of lead developer, writing user interfaces, APIs, Oracle SQL and PLSQL procedures and triggers, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and Web Interfaces. Finally, during launch I assume the roll of Global System Manager where I administered the Oracle instances, tuned them, developed automatic archiving procedures to comply with annual file retention (AFR) policies, and led the support team handling technical issues and enhancement requests.

Following this success I applied for the software engineering position with Ford’s Virtual Factory Training program.
