Betsy Maxwell
Betsy is a business coach and consultant with a broad background in engineering, process and continuous improvement, as well as organizational effectiveness. She started her career in materials research with a B. S. of Ceramic Engineering degree from the Ohio State University. Building on product and systems engineering experience for electronics and powertrain control systems, Betsy expanded into the areas of process and organization development.
Ms. Maxwell served in various positions as an internal consultant within the auto industry for 35 years. She has also served as a lecturer and consultant at multiple universities and professional organizations. She currently supports a variety of individuals, teams and organizations (including not-for-profit) with customized coaching. Her focus is on melding the engineering and business technologies with technologies for improved human effectiveness benefit the whole.
